Customer Service Agents will answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information. Agents will be responsible for the following:- - answer calls and respond to emails
- - handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
- -research required information using available resources
- -manage and resolve customer complaints
- -provide customers with product and service information
- -process orders, forms, and applications
- - identify and escalate priority issues
- - document all call information according to standard operating procedures (when necessary)
Education and Experience - -High school diploma or equivalent
- -Proficient in relevant computer applications (i.e. Google Chrome, Slack, Microsoft Office, Gmail, etc.)
- -Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- - Proficient data entry and typing skills
Requirements:- - Must be able to maintain good Commitment Adherence (attendance) above 90%
- -Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (some weekend hours may be required)
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
