Catrenda Green is native of Leland, Mississippi. She is a travel and training consultant, boutique owner, virtual call center owner, and freelance marketer. At the young age of 8, she discovered that the entrepreneurial world was in her path. She always dreamed of advanced technology and being the best at what she did. She was an honor student and superb all around.
As a student, Catrenda always went above and beyond the call of duty. She was afforded numerous opportunities including working as a Junior Editor/ Graphic Designer on an internship with one of the local community papers, On Common Ground News, based out of Lithonia and a full academic and athletic scholarship to college While maintaining a full-time job, she remained faithful to making her dreams a reality. After several years of attempting to succeed in the huge world of entrepreneurship and working in the senior management capacity, she learned the ins and outs of the business. From financial and inventory management to visual merchandising and marketing.
Through her journey, she has become extremely active in her local community. She believes in the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child.” Catrenda has one son, Trent, and a fur baby named Olivia.
For over seven years, she has served as a Community Representative and Member of the Board of Directors for Washington County Opportunities Inc, which is the local Head Start Program in her area. This program serves the underprivileged youth and families by providing mental, physical, and educational needs. She is an active member of the Order Of Eastern Star Martha # 3 of Greenville, Mississippi, where she serves as the Worthy Matron. She also coached her son’s local Little League team.
In 2018, Catrenda decided to take another business venture. She joined the Travel Business as a Travel Business Owner. Determined that she wasn’t going to stop until she made her dreams come true, she also started a training agency to provide ServSafe training to the Public. She started to apply all of her experience directly to her business. She has a strong background in Office Administration, Food Safety, Management, Marketing, and Finance.
During the pandemic in 2020, She decided it was time to re-brand her boutique and gave it a facelift. Today her businesses are thriving and she still believes there is work to be done. In 2021, Catrenda extended the reach out her brand to include a Virtual Call Center, providing work-from-home customer service and sales positions.
